1. 서비스
한글여행(이하 「서비스」)은 hangultrip.cloud에서 제공하는, 서울을 기차로 여행하며 한국어(한글)를 배우는 학습 서비스입니다. 이 약관은 서비스를 쓰는 모든 분(이하 「이용자」)과 운영자 사이의 약속입니다. 서비스를 시작하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 이용 자격
- 나이와 관계없이 누구나 쓸 수 있습니다. 처음 시작할 때 18세 이상인지 아닌지를 묻습니다.
- 18세 이상은 본인의 Google 계정으로 로그인하며, 학습 기록이 계정에 저장되어 여러 기기에서 이어집니다.
- 18세 미만은 로그인 없이 시작하며, 학습 기록은 그 기기에만 저장됩니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 기록이 사라질 수 있습니다.
3. 계정과 책임
- 계정은 본인만 쓰며, 다른 사람의 계정으로 로그인하지 않습니다.
- 계정과 기기의 관리는 이용자의 몫입니다. 다른 사람이 쓴 흔적을 알게 되면 바로 알려 주세요.
- 나이를 사실과 다르게 고르지 않습니다.
4. 앱 안의 보상
도장 조각, 여행 카드, 꾸미기 등 앱 안에서 받는 보상은 학습을 돕기 위한 표시입니다. 현금 가치가 없고, 돈이나 다른 재화로 바꿀 수 없으며, 다른 사람에게 넘기거나 팔 수 없습니다. 서비스 운영상 보상의 종류 · 수량 · 받는 방법은 바뀔 수 있습니다.
5. 저작권
- 서비스의 글 · 문항 · 음성 · 그림 · 지도 · 캐릭터 · 프로그램의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 개인 학습 외의 목적으로 복제 · 배포 · 판매할 수 없습니다.
- 이용자의 학습 기록은 이용자의 것입니다. 운영자는 개인정보처리방침에 적은 범위에서만 씁니다.
6. 금지 행위
- 서비스나 서버를 공격하거나, 보안을 우회하거나, 비정상적인 방법(자동화 프로그램 등)으로 보상을 얻는 행위
- 다른 사람의 계정이나 정보를 쓰는 행위
- 서비스의 콘텐츠를 허락 없이 복제 · 배포 · 판매하는 행위
- 의견 보내기 등에 불법 · 혐오 · 타인의 권리를 해치는 내용을 보내는 행위
이를 어기면 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.
7. 광고
지금은 광고를 싣지 않습니다. 앞으로 싣는 광고는 이용자가 직접 골라서 보는 방식(예: 협찬 카드를 보면 보상)이며, 이용자를 추적하는 맞춤형 광고는 쓰지 않습니다. 18세 미만에게는 장소에 맞춘 비맞춤 협찬 카드만 보여 줍니다. 광고 속 상품 · 서비스의 거래는 이용자와 광고주 사이의 일입니다.
8. 무료 서비스와 변경 · 중단
서비스는 지금 무료입니다. 운영자는 내용을 고치거나 더하거나, 부득이한 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 멈출 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이나 중단은 미리 앱 안에서 알립니다. 유료 기능을 들이게 되면 그 전에 가격과 조건을 따로 알리고 동의를 받습니다.
9. 책임의 한계
- 서비스는 학습 보조 도구이며, 학습 결과나 시험 점수를 보장하지 않습니다.
- 천재지변, 통신 장애, 이용자 기기 문제 등 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 일로 생긴 손해에는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 18세 미만 이용자의 기기에만 있던 기록이 기기 문제로 사라진 경우도 같습니다.
- 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해에는 책임을 지며, 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호 법령이 정한 권리는 이 약관보다 앞섭니다.
10. 탈퇴와 삭제
이용자는 언제든 그만 쓸 수 있습니다. 18세 이상은 아래 이메일로 계정과 기록의 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 18세 미만의 기록은 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
11. 약관의 변경
약관을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지와 앱 안에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 그만두고 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

이 약관에 정하지 않은 사항은 관련 법령과 일반적인 상관례에 따릅니다.

1. The service
Hangul Trip (the “Service”) is a learning service at hangultrip.cloud where you learn Korean (Hangul) while travelling around Seoul by train. These terms are an agreement between everyone who uses the Service (“you”) and the operator. By starting the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
- People of any age can use the Service. When you first start, we ask whether you are 18 or over.
- 18 or over: you sign in with your own Google account, and your learning record is saved to your account and continues across devices.
- Under 18: you start without signing in, and your learning record is kept only on that device. It may be lost if you change devices or clear your browser data.
3. Your account
- Use only your own account; do not sign in with someone else’s.
- You are responsible for your account and device. Tell us straight away if you notice someone else using it.
- Do not give a false age.
4. In-app rewards
Stamp pieces, travel cards, decorations and other rewards are markers to support learning. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or other goods, and cannot be transferred or sold. Their types, amounts and how you earn them may change.
5. Intellectual property
- Text, questions, audio, illustrations, maps, characters and software in the Service belong to the operator or their rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute or sell them for anything other than your own learning.
- Your learning record belongs to you. We use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. What you must not do
- Attack the Service or its servers, bypass security, or earn rewards by abnormal means (such as bots)
- Use another person’s account or information
- Copy, distribute or sell the Service’s content without permission
- Send unlawful or hateful content, or content that infringes others’ rights, through feedback or similar features
If you break these rules we may limit your use or suspend your account.
7. Advertising
There are no ads today. Any future ads will be ones you choose to view (for example, viewing a sponsor card for a reward); we will not use tracking-based targeted ads. Learners under 18 will see only non-personalised sponsor cards matched to a place. Any purchase from an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
8. Free service, changes and suspension
The Service is currently free. We may change or add to it, and where unavoidable stop all or part of it. We will give notice in the app before important changes or suspension. If paid features are introduced, we will tell you the price and terms and ask for your agreement first.
9. Limitation of liability
- The Service is a learning aid and does not guarantee learning results or test scores.
- We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures or problems with your device — including the loss of an under-18 learner’s record kept only on a device.
- We are liable for losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live take precedence over these terms.
10. Leaving and deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you are 18 or over, you can ask us by email to delete your account and record; see the Privacy Policy for details. An under-18 learner’s record is deleted when you clear this site’s data in your browser.
11. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on this page and in the app 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are unfavourable to you. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and request deletion.
12. Governing law
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law and general commercial practice.
